Sit! Stay! It's essential to provide accurate and complete shipping information, including your furry friend's name, doggy address, and contact details. We can't have your package chasing its tail due to an inaccurate address!

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other doggone fees may apply upon arrival. These responsibilities fall on the recipient's paws. Sniff out the regulations in your territory and consult your local customs office for more info!

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Oopsie daisy! Once you've placed your order, modifying or canceling it may be a bit trickier than catching a fast squirrel. Double-check all the details before hitting that "Confirm Order" button. If you need assistance, wag your tail and contact our friendly support team right away!

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the rare event of a mishap, like a game of tug-of-war gone wrong, please contact our trusty support team immediately. We'll chase down any delivery issues and fetch a solution to ensure you and your pup are happy campers!

Return & Exchange Policy
Misprinted? Damaged? Defective? Give us a bark within 30 days of receiving the product. Lost packages? Notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If it's our fault, we'll cover the costs.

Got a bone to pick with your order? Report the problem, paw-lease!
Our return address is set to our facility by default. When we receive a return, we'll send you an automated email. Unclaimed returns? We'll donate 'em to charity after 30 days.
Woof, wrong address alert! If the courier sniffs an insufficient address, the package comes back to us. You'll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you. Woof!
Unclaimed shipments fetch a return ticket to our facility. You'll pay for reshipment to you or your end customer. Stay on top of your deliveries, buddy!

Returning by customer choice? Do reach out before sending anything back. Sorry, no refunds for buyer's remorse (except for Brazilian residents). Size exchanges and returns are your call and expense. Woof, wag wisely!
Hey, Brazil buddies! If you regret your purchase, let our Customer Service know within 7 days. We'll sniff out if the product was used or destroyed. In those cases, no refund is possible. Sniff first, then decide!
Listen up, EU consumers! Some goods can't be returned: unsealed items for health and hygiene reasons. We may refuse returns.
